Systematic Business Park Welcomes First Tenant
Systematic Business Park, Colchester’s brand new industrial scheme of 30 high-specification units, set across 5.47 acres, has now reached practical completion and immediately welcomed its first tenant, Lifecycle Oils.
Owners and developers of the scheme, MCR Property Group, has leased Units 27 and 28 comprising approximately 3,810 sq. ft to Lifecycle Oils, as the leader in sustainable waste oil recycling continue to expand their operation.
Lifecycle Oils is the first tenant to join the development. Duncan Ross, Senior National Account Manager for Lifecycle Oils, said: "We are delighted to be the first occupier at Systematic Business Park.
